  • Safety First: Perform safety audits and ensure safety standards are followed.
  • First Point of Escalation: Mentor team members to close skill gaps and encourage professional development, provide first line of support.
  • Technical Development: Coordinate training for technicians in safety, maintenance, and operational techniques.
  • Scheduling Excellence: Manage and adjust schedules to meet operational priorities.
  • Regional Ownership: Ensure audits are conducted to ensure all aspects of technical proficiency, site preservation, vehicles maintenance, and inventory are all up to the Regional Area Manager’s and Enchanted Rock’s standard.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, fostering transparency and ownership of regional KPIs.
  • Emergency Readiness: Ensure 24/7 on-call coverage and emergency response capabilities within your region.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport materials, equipment, or personnel to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure storage unit and truck counts are accurate

  • Scheduling Expertise: Experience managing schedules to meet operational demands.
  • Education Level - preferred College or Equivalent Training (i.e. Military)
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to ensure the proper resources are applied to the issue.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to finding and implementing practical solutions.
  • Acceptable driving record and ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Reside in the area of job posting and commute to the Houston office when requested.
  • Physical ability to work in field environments, including adverse weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing a ladder, and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Successfully pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check to ensure compliance with company standards and safe driving practices.
  • Experience – at least 5 Years Mechanical and/or Electrical
