Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical crews, plant, and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
Conduct effective team and subcontractor meetings, including pre-starts and toolbox talks, to communicate upcoming works
Plan, monitor, and supervise mechanical and electrical works to meet WHS, Environmental, and Quality requirements
Complete daily reporting, including diaries, timesheets, and productivity records, and support project administration for claims and variations
Assist in preparing and implementing SWMS, Task Hazard Review Cards, and conduct HSEQ inspections to ensure WHS compliance
Work with Engineers to develop and deliver short-term programs, including resource allocation and sequencing of works
Work on a high-profile, technically challenging project with a respected Tier 1 contractor and JV partners

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging pre-starts and toolbox talks
Recognised skills in managing Work Health and Safety and Environmental legislative and procedural requirements
Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications for all trades, including layout plans and schematic drawings
Capable of understanding detailed programs and contributing to the development of programming detail
Significant experience managing large-scale civil construction activities across multiple trades/disciplines or as a technical specialist in a core trade/discipline
Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure construction projects, with demonstrated capability in mechanical and/or electrical works
