Revise estimates as scope or project details evolve

Communicate regularly with Sales, Production, Project Managers, and leadership
Obtain and confirm pricing from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
Participate in Pre-Project Planning sessions to review scope, risks, and project details
Prepare organized estimate documentation for handoff to Production
Develop accurate estimates including takeoffs, labor, materials, equipment, and risk factors

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Xactimate experience
Experience with additional roofing systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and virtual environment
Field experience in commercial roofing
Metal roofing and specialty commercial systems
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Up to 10% travel for site visits or project meetings
Proficiency in Excel and estimating/digital takeoff software
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials
