What you would be doing
  • Provide technical input into asset design and specifications, coordinate minor projects, and ensure effective asset handover to operations in collaboration with project teams and facility coordinators.
  • Manage utilities (electricity, water, waste) and building control processes, including approvals, metering, and regulatory compliance. Drive resource efficiency and cost-saving initiatives while supporting maintenance operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain asset management plans and systems, including asset lifecycle strategies, critical spares management, and performance analysis to support long-term infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, aviation safety, and security requirements. Actively engage stakeholders and contractors to uphold QAL values, safety standards, and deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Deliver regular performance and maintenance reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to innovation and efficiency across asset management practices, systems, and procedures.
