- Take guest orders, deliver food & beverages to tables, and ensure every guest feels welcomed
- Keep the Bistro area sparkling clean and fully stocked
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately
- Follow all food & beverage safety standards (hotel, Shaner, and Marriott requirements)
- Prepare and serve Starbucks® coffee beverages and bistro menu items with accuracy and speed
- Communicate effectively with the GM, department managers, and fellow team members
- Complete opening/closing procedures and daily operational checklists

- ServSafe and/or food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Alcohol awareness training (TIPS or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Meet the state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
- Knowledge of local attractions is a bonus — help guests plan their day!
