Key responsibilities include performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on light commercial heating and cooling systems and ensuring overall HVAC system upkeep. Candidates should have experience with residential, light commercial, industrial, or commercial HVAC work and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Do you have HVAC experience? We are looking for skilled Servicemen who have worked in residential, light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team and service the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting‑edge equipment. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition, monetary rewards, and opportunities for increased incentives. You will be equipped with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.
Servicemen must have practical working experience in residential, light commercial, or commercial mechanical equipment and may be required to pass an examination to demonstrate special skills. The scope of work is limited to commercial HVACR service. After at least six months of working hours with a Lead Journeyman and Manager, there is a possibility of being accepted into the local union apprenticeship. The role may require working in dirty conditions and longer hours.
Preferred qualifications include EPA Refrigeration certification. Compensation is an hourly rate of $16.10 as determined by the collective bargaining agreement rate sheet, with benefits provided through a local labor union. Exceptional candidates with unique skills may be considered beyond the posted salary range.
