- Maintain compliance with Holcim’s Health & Safety policies.
- Facilitate and resolve customer invoice queries promptly.
- Receive and process sales enquiries, quotes and contracts as needed.
- Handle customer ancillary charges and clear sales workbenches.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Support external trading reconciliation activities.
- Assist colleagues with Salesforce usage across the RCC.
- Process haulier payments and charges within required timeframes.

We are seeking a highly organised, customer‑focused Administrator for the Regional Customer Centre, working part‑time (Monday and Tuesday, 15 hours per week) with hybrid flexibility. The role ensures smooth post‑sales administration, invoicing and process support to meet KPIs and SLAs, and plays a crucial part in delivering outstanding service to our customers.
