What you would be doing
inventory management
parts inspection

digital scheduling
vehicle maintenance
- Maintain inventory levels in warehouse and service vehicle
- Keep service vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Use iPads and other devices to document service events and review schedules
- Assist with part deliveries, warehouse cleaning, and job site support
- Inspect incoming parts for quality; reject and reorder as needed
- Clean installed products at customer sites as needed
- Ensure job sites are left clean and in original condition
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks and managing parts
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Collaborate with other technicians on multi-person projects
- Submit detailed service documentation using company software

- Aerial Lift Qualified or ability to become certified within 6 months
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure

- Experience with windows, doors, and basic construction tools
- Sound judgment and ability to identify and resolve service issues
- Familiarity with safe use of hand and power tools
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and mobile devices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and follow instructions, write reports, and present information clearly
