Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
Ideally 15 years’ experience in commercial management within construction or related sectors.
Strong understanding of contracts, financial controls, risk management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration.
Ability to mentor and develop team members while driving commercial performance.
