The Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a Finance Accounting & Reporting team of over 20 employees, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. A central focus is to keep team members fully engaged, supported and developed through capability building, performance reviews and process improvement initiatives.
Operating in a matrix environment, the Manager acts as the primary escalation point for operational issues, collaborates with operations managers to meet customer needs and works closely with the Head of Finance Operations India and the Process Owner for Record‑to‑Report to drive enhancements. The role also ensures compliance with internal controls, stakeholder management and delivery of period‑end and fixed‑asset services using lean principles.
Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and a professional qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA. They bring at least 12 years of experience in a GBS or BPO setting, deep end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report knowledge, SAP expertise, and strong skills in resource planning, stakeholder management and people development.
