Develop Innovative cutting-edge Life Science Facility design solutions for our clients
Act as an SME in early project phases - site master planning, feasibility, concept and front-end phases
Liaise with PM Group Key account Management system and Leaders to maximize opportunity capture
Meet with clients to assess needs and develop an associated project program
Once a project is acquired, deploy SME knowledge and expertise to help develop solutions for client’s business and project needs
Develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with our Client’s Architectural Technology Leadership Teams
Take responsibility for discipline related internal and external project communications and coordination
Develop front end conceptual designs coordinating with all design team members
Provide Life Science Facility Design Leadership to our teams across the US.
Engage with an existing global network of other Subject Matter Experts and assist in the training and mentoring of next generation of PM Group Subject Matter Experts
Produce and/or check early phase project deliverables
Develop impressive Project Proposals to secure new work
Leverage corporate networks to identify existing capabilities that respond to client requirements and objectives as well as create a distinct competitive advantage
Present and interface with clients and facilitate workshops
Present PM Group qualifications to new and existing clients, participating in and leading client interviews and presentations
Represent PM Group at networking events and conferences
Technically assist project teams as required
Collaborate with the PM Group USA senior leadership to develop distinctive value propositions that enhance our clients’ competitive position

Excellent commercial skills with the ability to manage projects to budget hours and commercial return targets as well as implement change management procedures
NCARB Certification
LEED GA or AP is preferred
15+ years of Process Architecture experience at Lead or SME level within the life sciences industry
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu and the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience participating in speaking engagements, presenting at industry events, writing papers, etc. (recognized in the industry as a Subject Matter Expert)
Registered Architectural licensure (RA) in practicing states
Knowledge of cGMPs, as they pertain to biotechnology, pharmaceutical, Cell & Gene therapy, etc. is preferred
A Bachelor of Architecture or a Master of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
International experience is a plus
The flexibility and willingness to travel moderately to meet client and project requirements, speaking engagements, industry events, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to work within a multi-discipline team environment
