Review/author RFIs and review responses to determine scope of impact
Negotiate change orders with customers and manage change order process
Provide information project team to promote design, fabrication and ensure project execution
Assume primary responsibility for redemption of equipment, material, and subcontractor estimates; assume secondary responsibility for labor and other costs
Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules
Interpret project specifications and make decisions relating to equipment, materials and subcontractors
Assist project Superintendents with daily operations and supervise Assistant Project Managers/Project Managers/Project Engineers
Work with Supply Chain Manager to procure materials, equipment and subcontracts
Study/develop schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job
Responsible for owning project forecasts for revenue, cost-to-complete and expected gross profit
Ensure that regular and timely project meetings are occurring as needed for successful job completion
