Technical Trainer & Field Application Specialist

Description

• Conduct site evaluations, system checks, and post-installation reviews to ensure project quality and system stability.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for system setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Travel as required to support regional training and partner enablement activities.
• Maintain and regularly update training materials, demo kits, and technical documentation to reflect latest product updates and best practices.
• Conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and certification programs aligned with brand’s official training framework.
• Support training-related marketing and partner initiatives such as Lunch & Learn sessions and technical seminars.
• Deliver brands' Fundamentals and Advanced Training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams (online and in-person).
• Track and manage participant progress, feedback, and certification records.
• Identify, document, and analyze recurring field issues, escalating them to global support or R&D teams where required.

Requirements

• Prior experience delivering technical training, workshops, or customer education is highly desirable.
• Certification or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• ACTA Certification (preferred to have)
• 3–5 years of experience in lighting control systems, field applications, commissioning, or related technical roles.
