Aids the Assisted Living Director in coordinating all aspects of the operation to meet and exceed state regulations.
Deal with resident concerns and requests on a timely basis, in coordination with the Assisted Living Director, to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
Maintains consistent contact with residents and family members to provide prompt and courteous resolution to concerns.
Utilizes technology as a practice to be efficient with community resources.
Assists Director of Assisted Living with hiring and training of department team members.
Aids the Assisted Living Director in achieving acceptable results from state and other regulatory agencies.
Ensure current resident files, inclusive of care plans, are properly maintained.
Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis.

This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
