- Contribute to preparing safety reports and KPIs for the senior management team.
- Support with incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions.
- Provide day-to-day support to site teams on EHS queries and promote a positive safety culture.
- Assist in carrying out regular site safety inspections and audits under the guidance of senior advisors.
- Train the Trainer qualification.
- Gain exposure to client and contractor safety requirements through site meetings and collaboration.
- Help maintain and update EHS records, registers, and documentation to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Participate in delivering site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Support the review of method statements, risk assessments, and Safe Work Plans.

- Some experience in construction, engineering, or related industries (e.g. internship, placement, or 1–2 years’ work experience) would be beneficial but not essential.

- Familiarity with auditing/inspection software and mobile reporting tools.
- Good organisational, IT and document management skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required).
- A recognised qualification in Health & Safety (Degree, Diploma or equivalent) – recent graduates welcome.
- Occupational or Mental Health First Aid certification.
- Full, clean driving licence preferred.
- Membership or working towards membership of IOSH.
