We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams—Site Agents, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors—ensuring the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of complex civil works. Based in County Kerry, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of energy infrastructure projects that align with our values, sustainability ambitions, and long-term strategy.

Are you an experienced and driven Project Manager ready to lead critical infrastructure projects in the energy sector? Join us in shaping Ireland’s sustainable future by delivering high-impact civil engineering projects that support the country’s evolving energy needs.

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field). Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Deep knowledge of Irish construction regulations, public procurement frameworks, and energy-sector delivery models.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with Engineers Ireland (or similar professional body).
  • Full working rights in Ireland and a full clean Irish/EU driver’s licence.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role—ideally in energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
