• Drive Results: Oversee all aspects of project delivery—including budget control, resource management, design coordination, and contract administration.
• Team Management: Provide clear leadership and technical guidance to engineers, operatives, and subcontractors. Act as a mentor to junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, utility providers, and public stakeholders, acting as a trusted ambassador for the business.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams—Site Agents, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors—ensuring the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of complex civil works. Based in County Kerry, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of energy infrastructure projects that align with our values, sustainability ambitions, and long-term strategy.

• A degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field). Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Deep knowledge of Irish construction regulations, public procurement frameworks, and energy-sector delivery models.
• Chartered or working towards chartership with Engineers Ireland (or similar professional body).
• Full working rights in Ireland and a full clean Irish/EU driver’s licence.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role—ideally in energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
