Are we the road to your future? We are currently searching for a Traffic EIT to support our Gulf Region in Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, or Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Alabama if they are out of state.

BS in Civil Engineering
EIT certification desired but not required
0–4 years of experience
Experience with transportation planning, corridor analysis, public involvement, safety, access, pedestrian and bicycle planning, multimodal planning, and traffic operations (desired)
Familiarity with DOT traffic design standards, MUTCD, and AASHTO
Familiarity with traffic analysis software such as VISSIM, Synchro/Simtraffic, Sidra Intersection, HCS (desired)
Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (desired)
Self‑starter capable of completing tasks with minimal oversight
Effective oral and written communication skills
Willingness to develop a personal client base
Pass pre‑employment drug screening per federal guidelines
Fit‑for‑duty evaluation if applicable
Valid driver’s license
Satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
