Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing construction team in Kansas. This role is based in Topeka, with projects located within a one-hour commuting radius.

Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation healthcare and/or higher education projects
7+ years of superintendent experience with strong tenure
Knowledge of construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
Proven ability to lead field staff, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain project schedules
