The Principal Process Improvement Lead (Lean Six Sigma) is a full‑time, exempt remote position based in the United States, reporting to Program or Quality Leadership within the Utility Services department. The role offers a salary range of $115,000 to $140,000 and focuses on leading process management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across utility asset, GIS, and data programs.
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, business, or a related field) and at least seven years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence, including application of Lean Six Sigma methods in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills, as well as the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and experience in regulated or utility settings are strongly preferred.
