Manage all aspects of survey projects including property line research and analysis, estimates and contracts, ALTA, existing conditions, condominium, construction layout, GPS, and Land Court surveys.
Responsibilities include monthly billing review, approval/ disapproval of vendor invoices, budget, schedule, resource and job cost monitoring
Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments
Work in conjunction with other Project Managers and staff to assist with unique project related issues
Oversee and direct production by working with the administrative and drafting staff
Manager to oversee office and field staff and work closely with engineering and environmental departments

5 plus years of management experience and Massachusetts PLS license. Must be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation to job sites
Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused
Be knowledgeable of local and state land use processes and regulations
Professional Land Surveyor license required
