The Accounting Analyst position in Charlotte, NC (1‑2 days on‑site) involves comprehensive accounting functions such as cash management, financial reconciliations, and reporting to support internal operations and external client needs.
- Perform cash management activities, including vendor receipts and payments.
- Reconcile accounting packages, banks, cash logs, and balance‑sheet accounts.
- Prepare and post daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries.
- Process check deposits and maintain accurate deposit records.
- Produce internal and external reports for client deliverables.
- Support month‑end close and accounting package preparation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
