The Acquisitions and Dispositions Intern supports the team with daily tasks and long‑term projects aimed at streamlining processes and driving investment results, with a focus on financial and economic research.
Intern responsibilities include researching macro‑economic and real‑estate trends, underwriting properties for purchase or sale using market data and inspection reports, preparing investment reporting for senior leadership, coordinating with construction, asset and property management, monitoring marketing status of new acquisitions, and maintaining the team’s CRM pipeline and portfolio maps.
Candidates must be enrolled in or have graduated from a relevant university program, demonstrate strong confidentiality, ethics, and a positive work ethic, possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), meet tight deadlines, and have excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
