- Develop and track KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for growth
- Design and implement a robust procurement strategy to mitigate risks and ensure supply chain resilience

- Leverage SAP and S/4HANA to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and drive data-informed decisions

- Collaborate with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Procurement
- Build and inspire a high-performing, agile Supply Chain team across End-to-End Planning, Procurement, and Order Management
- Partner with Finance to deliver monthly performance reporting and drive financial results
- Own the supply chain budget, including procurement and logistics
- Lead the deployment of a best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply seamlessly
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Ensure accurate, efficient order management and fulfillment across all channels
