- Participer à des réunions avec le client et diffuser les informations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du site;
- Suivi des paiements avec le service des comptes fournisseurs et le service des comptes à recevoir;
- Coordonner l'inspection préliminaire des travaux en collaboration avec le Surintendant;
- Organiser et diriger des réunions de chantier de construction au besoin;
- Assure de bonnes relations avec la communauté, le client, les fournisseurs et l'équipe de projet.
- Réaliser le projet en collaboration avec le Surintendant et obtenir l’acceptation finale du client;
- Coordonner la vérification pré opérationnelle en collaboration avec le Surintendant;
- Établir des méthodes de travail en collaboration avec le Gestionnaire de chantier et le Surintendant;

- Membre d’une association canadienne d’ingénieurs professionnels (selon les provinces), un atout;
- Être titulaire d’un Baccalauréat en génie civil / mécanique / électrique / construction;

- Capacité à faire preuve d'initiative, d'autonomie et de leadership;
- Effectuer un suivi de garantie;
- Excellentes compétences en gestions d’équipe et méthodes de résolution de conflits;

- Capacité à travailler en équipe;
- Être capable de s'adapter à un environnement très stressant et aux fluctuations météorologiques (chantier de construction).
- Bonne capacité dans la suite Microsoft Office;
- Effectuer un suivi administratif - coûts, productivité, imprévus, contrats, etc.;
- Détenir un permis de conduire valide;
- Suivi des avis de modification - estimation, offre au client, négociation, émission d'ordres et/ou de contrat;
- Responsable de la planification des tâches du projet, de l’organisation du programme-cadre, de l’estimation des travaux, de l’attribution du contrat, du contrôle des coûts, de la gestion du projet et de la supervision de l’équipe du projet;
- Effectuer un suivi technique - fiches techniques, inspections, etc.;
- Maîtrise du français, oral et écrit, ainsi qu’une connaissance intermédiaire de l’anglais;
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires;
