  • Generate ad-hoc payroll reports as requested
  • Log and report information by inputting information into Microsoft Excel. Create documents in Microsoft Word
  • Verify that the quantities claimed match the owner's estimate
  • Write accruals and deferrals sharing this information with project managers and the Finance team
  • Create, review, share, and respond to periodic reports including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Prepare financial reports from multiple data points for use by the management team and external parties
  • Deeply analyze budgets and job costs and provide Project Managers of items left behind budget and areas of risk
  • Analyze project documents and develop reports for heavy civil construction projects
  • Assist in the development of regular periodic budgets which help Webber to prepare for long-term strategic plans
  • Prioritize and manage multiple work projects simultaneously
  • Review, audit, and make suggestions related to job costs during the bi-annual Budget Revision cycle
  • Maintain an organized work area, filing system, E-mail inbox, and to-do list ensuring that goals and activities are completed on time
  • Productivity tools: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency.

  • Be able to communicate effectively in English via verbal and written communications
  • High level of proficiency in operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Access and MS PowerPoint
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Full understanding of Construction Math concepts
