Design and implement BAQs (Business Activity Queries), BPMs (Business Process Management), Dashboards, and Reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Integrate Epicor ERP with third-party applications and internal systems.
Develop and maintain Epicor ERP applications using C#, .NET, SQL, and Epicor development tools.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure compliance with best practices.
Document technical specifications, processes, and provide user training when necessary.
Optimize ERP performance and ensure data integrity across modules.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP development with 3 + years in Epicor.
Strong understanding of Epicor modules (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality etc.).
Experience with Epicor Kinetic (latest version).
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, SSRS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in both team settings and building business relationships.
Passion for learning and applying the latest technologies in IoT and cloud computing.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for conferences, training, or team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with Epicor tools such as BAQ, BPM, and Data Directives.
Epicor certifications are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
