Track and manage billing, invoicing, and cash flow to maintain positive working capital.
Create development plans and ensure at least one team member is being trained to succeed you.
Lead and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and clear communication.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and field productivity.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
