  • Build and nurture high-value relationships, particularly with long-standing portfolio clients
  • Undertaking product and market research
  • Dealing with complex cases, creating reports to accurately articulate the advice provided.
  • Responsibility for servicing own (existing portfolio provided) and sourcing new areas of business
  • Retain existing mortgage clients by proactively engaging ahead of product expiry dates
  • Completing full analysis of the client's needs

A highly established broker with several offices across the UK is now looking to add a skilled Mortgage Advisor to their Belfast office.

  • Full level 3 mortgage qualification (full CeMAP or equivalent)
  • Substantial existing client base, complimented by referrals
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in mortgage advisor role - excellent retention / client relationship-building skills
