Day‑to‑day duties include conducting leak inspections of industrial piping, maintaining equipment and vehicles, adhering to air‑quality regulations, and reporting safety or environmental incidents to the regional manager. You will also engage with clients, uphold professional standards, and participate in required safety meetings.
- Conduct routine leak inspections of industrial piping and tanks using a backpack‑mounted organic vapor meter
- Maintain knowledge of air‑quality regulations and apply them on site
- Preserve positive client relationships and report environmental or safety issues to the client and Regional Manager
- Keep company equipment and field vehicles in good condition, performing daily checks, minor repairs, and logging maintenance activities
- Use the fuel card accurately and record odometer readings when refueling
- Report all safety, compliance, or equipment incidents promptly and prepare required incident or near‑hit reports
- Attend mandatory safety meetings and adhere to all Montrose and client safety policies
- Represent the company professionally in appearance, communication, and conduct
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and document activities in the Vehicle Maintenance Log
- Ensure proper handling of non‑working equipment and initiate repairs as needed
