- Prepare schedules and oversee Transportation & Installation (T&I) activities per project specifications.
- Manage daily staff performance, ensuring project goals are achieved within budget.
- Coordinate T&I efforts across multiple departments and with external vendors.
- Supervise team during Testing & Commissioning (T&T) and resolve issues promptly.
- Attend project meetings and provide status updates on T&I activities.
- Liaise with T&I companies to review processes, approaches, and timelines, mitigating schedule risks.
- Develop and drive logistics concepts from conception through project completion.
