Design, develop and optimise core platform components using C#, .NET Core, JavaScript and modern architectural patterns to ensure quality, maintainability and alignment with existing design foundations.
Drive workflow automation, modern features and a new client portal to improve auditor efficiency, repetitive task automation, risk flagging and overall customer experience.
Partner closely with the CTO, Product Owner, internal developers and external consultants to influence technical direction, support production stability and uplift engineering capability in a fast-paced environment.
Lead the architecture, development and enhancement of the new audit management system, working to improving performance, usability and scalability.
Establish coding standards, mentor staff and external developers to enhance strong performance, security and reliability while contributing to a collaborative, accountable team culture.

8+ years of hands-on software development with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, JavaScript) and modern software architecture patterns.
Strong experience in solution architecture, platform design, SQL, data modelling, integrations, and Azure cloud services.
Experience mentoring junior developers, coordinating external contributors and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help in simplifying complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience in RegTech, accounting or auditing systems and Azure architecture is advantageous.
