Lead the day-to-day operational management and oversight of the divisional talent, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle for a wide-ranging, often complex and high-risk, project portfolio, ensuring efficient execution and financial viability.
Develop and maintain the Divisional Plan, Outlook, and Forecast Budget in alignment with the corporate strategy and operations plan
Manage the division's day-to-day financials, including revenue, utilisation, profit and loss, and review/approve all variances to project performance.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, coordinating with the CEO, Market Sector Leads, and other Divisional Managers on client development
