Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
Oversee a team of four (4) to eight (8) Professional Engineers, Engineers-in-Training (EITs), and Designers. Be responsible for staff development, mentoring, coaching, and leading the technical, management and financial success of the group.
Improve client management by supporting a more streamlined communication system for clients to make sure opportunities, proposals, and projects have been addressed responsively and with the proper delegation of staff
Be involved in leading Civil Engineering related project aspects including studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates and participate in client meetings. Projects may include planning, modeling, designing, and managing land development projects and components including grading, earthwork, erosion/sedimentation control, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, roadways, and other miscellaneous design elements.
Assist the Business Development staff in business development opportunities while promoting the company to maintain and grow existing client accounts and capture new clients.
Identify potential issues that may need to be addressed with the Division Managers and Senior Leadership

15+ years of relevant experience in municipal, state, or land development engineering as a Senior Client Manager and Senior Project Manager.

Experienced with proposal development, client presentations, and relationship development.
Understand staff needs and client requirements to develop an effective high-quality culture
BS or MS in Civil Engineering
Successful track record of project delivery through planning, preliminary and final design, including a proven track record and strong desire of providing superior client service and delivery.
Mentoring and staff development capabilities.
