The role focuses on driving podium‑landscaping revenue growth by building strategic relationships with contractors, identifying new project opportunities and increasing conversion rates on bids. It is a highly consultative, project‑tracking and commercially disciplined position at the core of Sky Garden’s next phase of growth.
In this position you will oversee a high‑value pipeline of roof‑level landscaping opportunities, work closely with estimating, design and project delivery teams, and ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO and other regulations. Collaboration with quantity surveyors, pre‑construction teams, architects, consultants and senior buyers will position Sky Garden as the preferred partner for clients. The role also involves balancing margin protection with strategic pricing and providing early‑stage commercial input on specifications and value‑engineering options.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in project‑led construction sales, preferably within landscaping, external works, podium systems, facades or roofing, and a proven ability to close complex pipelines with Tier 1 contractors. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and advanced Excel, combined with self‑motivation, technical credibility, attention to detail and solid commercial awareness, is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building trust‑based relationships and supporting design and value‑engineering processes.
