We are seeking an experienced technical designer to oversee the technical and design team, who are responsible for producing detailed drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with specifications, and alignment with manufacturing and installation requirements, while coordinating across design, production, and project teams.
- Deep knowledge of joinery processes, materials, fittings, and finishes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in joinery/fit-out draughting, with at least 2 years’ in a managerial position. Experience in the high-end residential or hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent CAD/BIM software; 3D modelling skills preferred.
