Project Engineer - Civil

Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical Project Engineer to join our Dubai team. The role involves overseeing civil engineering projects from conception through completion, developing and reviewing designs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, performing calculations, managing schedules, budgets and resources, and preparing technical reports and presentations.

• Develop and review civil engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses for feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and client presentations.
• Implement and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have 3‑5 years of relevant experience. Required skills include proficiency with AutoCAD and other engineering software, familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office, strong mathematical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational attention to detail.
