  • Keep up to date with any legislation changes to ensure the organization is compliant with all local, state and federal requirements.
  • Take ownership of the HSEQ program for the region. Identifying areas for growth, continuous improvement and reporting back to HSEQ leadership to ensure a best in class culture
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, embedding HSEQ into the all stages of a project lifecycle
  • Act as the SME for all HSEQ matters across the organization's largest and high risk projects within the region. Advising key stakeholders on compliance and legal requirements

  • Proven experience managing a regional HSEQ program within the engineering and design consulting industry

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, across all business levels
  • Previous experience working on transportation, rail or water infrastructure projects (Required)
