Support project setup for 3D trade coordination, site logistical planning, and 4D sequencing
Support implementation of project specific VDC strategy and VDC initiatives
Manage on-site construction team efforts in the implementation of VDC and FTG applications and processes in addition VDC deliverables
Set up and support VDC and FTG equipment and software including total stations, laser scanners, UAVs, and RTLS, and deliver FTG services such as laser scanning and drone operations while improving the use of point cloud data for as built models and supporting FTG needs.
Assist the VDC Manager in developing and implementing project specific VDC strategies, scope, plans, and initiatives
Provide technical support and training to project teams on digital tools such as Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, including project specific leadership and mentoring for VDC and related technology fields
Allocating resources and management of personnel
Focus on customers (DPR, Client, and Trades)
Effectively manage and multi-task VDC operations and processes on 2-3 projects
Facilitate communication and alignment between project teams, virtual builder leadership, and client stakeholders
Creating and executing strategic plans
Configuring of project site to host BIM data (if applicable) or other equitable platforms
Lead and support VDC coordination kick off meetings and follow up sessions
Apply low risk management measures
Support preparation of project specific contract language for trade buyout in coordination with the VDC Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the building industry
Collaborate and understand complex processes and produce solutions to them
Design and Construction authoring/management programs
Expert in leveraging and supporting Autodesk Navisworks Manage and/or Simulate
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Have 3-5+ years’ experience working in Precon, Operations, or VDC-related role
Speak and present internally/externally
Intermediate level software knowledge in Autodesk packages (i.e.: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.) and other platforms
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
Basic project management and the construction process/workflow
Understand, communicate, and explain technical processes and programs to everyday users
3-5 years in the field of design, engineering, or construction
Strong knowledge of contractor facing authoring and collaboration tools such as Revit, Tekla, 3D AutoCAD MEP, Solidworks, Inventor, etc.
Experience working with Field Technology software and tools
