In this role you will lead comprehensive power system analyses, manage data for engineering projects, produce technical reports, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within quality standards and budget constraints, while also supporting training initiatives.
- Perform bulk power system studies using PSCAD, PSSE, and TSAT.
- Conduct IBR modeling (steady‑state, short‑circuit, and dynamic).
- Execute compliance assessments for IBR facility rating, protection coordination, and ride‑through.
- Process, generate, and maintain data for engineering studies.
- Prepare technical study reports.
- Ensure timely project completion within quality and budget goals.
- Identify training needs and present them to the Engineering Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering specializing in power systems, has 1‑2 years of experience conducting steady‑state, short‑circuit, and dynamic stability studies, is proficient with PSCAD, PSSE, and TSAT, and can develop automation scripts in Python.
