Front desk admin handles calls, visitors, mail, supplies, and admin tasks.

Tasks
-Manages employee certificates -Prints business cards -Orders and maintains inventory of uniforms, distributing appropriately to employees -Orders office supplies for all office locations and departments -Greets and signs in guests/visitors -Prepares shipments to go out via various vendors and customers -Serves as backup to travel coordinator -Answers company phones, provides information, and directs callers to the appropriate parties -Receives incoming shipments -Sorts, opens and distributes mail daily and handles interoffice mail -Ensures effective communications with management, callers, customers, and staff -Maintains conference room calendars -Schedules birthday and anniversary calls -Performs general data entry -Assists with office management tasks/duties -Conducts reference checks -Performs administrative duties for other departments as needed to see projects to completion
