In this role you will coordinate design review and installation of MEP systems—including HVAC, electrical, fire‑protection, and water—ensuring they meet reliability, redundancy, cooling capacity, and energy‑efficiency standards required for Tier certification. You will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to integrate MEP solutions into the overall building design, conduct regular site inspections, and manage contractors and sub‑consultants while reviewing technical submissions such as shop drawings and method statements.
You will participate in testing and commissioning of MEP systems, verify functional performance, and produce documentation, as well as troubleshoot and resolve any MEP‑related issues that arise during construction and initial operations. Additionally, you will assist in preparing budget estimates, schedules, and risk assessments for the MEP scope of work.
We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented mechanical expert to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our data‑center construction projects. The role demands a strong technical background, hands‑on field experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑performance infrastructure on schedule.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline, with at least seven years of MEP design and construction experience—including five years on data‑center or mission‑critical facilities. Strong knowledge of industry codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, and IEC, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools and project‑management platforms, and demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving skills are essential; a Professional Engineering license is preferred.
