• Manage timecards, payroll deductions, and communicate company policies.
• Coordinate uniforms, office supplies, and branch needs.
• Process purchase orders and support billing activities.
• Maintain accurate contracts and customer records.
• Provide branch technical support and track deadlines.
• Contribute to internal meetings to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage customer relationships and oversee collections.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and Windows.
• Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
• Maintain high attention to detail with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
