Arcadis is seeking an experienced Principal Environmental Planning Project Manager to join its Gulf Coast team, leading environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management across Texas, the Gulf Coast, and surrounding regions. The role focuses on high‑quality consulting services for linear utilities, oil and gas, data centers, carbon capture and utilization/storage (CCUS), power generation, and renewable energy sectors.
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, urban planning, engineering, or a related discipline, plus at least 10 years of experience managing environmental planning, permitting, or energy projects in Texas and the Gulf region, with strong technical writing, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
