

Provides utility and telecom engineering, design, planning and project management solutions.
The position primarily operates in an office environment, interpreting sketches, drawings, and program materials, but may require field travel as needed. Candidates must be able to interpret telecommunication application information and work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Ideal candidates hold at least a high school diploma with drafting/CAD, electricity, or math coursework, and a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or design field is preferred. Required knowledge includes utility infrastructure, pole installation, and NESC standards, with experience in make‑ready engineering or utility design strongly desired. Proficiency with pole‑loading software (PoleForeman, PLS‑CADD, O‑Calc) and CAD tools (Bentley OMS, AutoCAD, Civil3D) is preferred, along with strong communication and collaborative skills.
Compensation ranges from $25 to $40 per hour based on experience.
