- Prendre en charge des projets d’entretien, de construction et d’investissement, en assurant la planification court, moyen et long terme, l’ordonnancement et le suivi financier ;
- Coordonner la mise en œuvre des projets via des rencontres de planification avec toutes les entités en interface, internes et externes ;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du processus de Gestion de Projet et de ses outils ;
- Analyser les écarts par rapport au référentiel approuvé, identifier les risques et proposer des actions correctives ;
- Préparer et analyser les prévisions budgétaires de revenus et dépenses ;
- Assumer toutes tâches ou responsabilitéssupplémentaire liée à la fonction.
- Développer les échéanciers des projets et anticiper les conflits de ressources internes et externes entre les différents projets ;

- Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques Word et Excel
- Bonne connaissance de la gestion de projet dans le domaine de la construction au Québec
- Expérience en calcul de structure ou géotechnique
- Détenir un baccalauréat en génie Civil
- Connaissance de Maximo
- Posséder un minimum de 7 années d’expérience en planification d'échéancier de travaux de construction et projets d'investissement dans le domaine du génie Civil
- Maîtrise de l'outil de planification Microsoft Project
- Expérience en milieu ferroviaire
- Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit
- Planification de travaux en milieu exploité
