Description

As a Senior Project Manager in the Energy market, you will lead programs that modernize the grid, integrate renewables and storage, and expand reliable energy access. You will own delivery of complex, multidisciplinary initiatives across transmission, distribution, substations, grid modernization, distributed energy, and generation interconnections.

You will combine rigorous project controls with trusted client leadership to deliver high‑impact work that advances resilient, sustainable energy systems, partnering with discipline leaders, technical managers, and cross‑office teams from pursuit through closeout.

The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality while building long‑term client relationships and mentoring project‑management talent.

• Lead and deliver complex energy projects from initiation through closeout, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships and identifying account growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee contract administration, including negotiations, change orders, and risk management.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration across offices and technical disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
• Prepare and present project updates, financial reports, and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead proposal efforts, including scope development, fee estimates, and schedule preparation for new pursuits.
• Mentor and coach project team members, promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices.

Requirements
