Reporting directly to the Manager of Proposal Management, the Senior Proposal Manager plays a critical role in developing winning proposals for hydropower turbines, generators, and ancillary equipment across the US market. This position is responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from pre-bid activities such as budgetary estimates and customer meetings, through proposal development and internal reviews, to customer negotiations and seamless project handover to execution.
The ideal candidate will be a confident leader, capable of guiding both technical and commercial discussions, while fostering collaboration across a diverse proposal team. This role requires strong organizational skills to navigate a defined sales process, including securing internal approvals and aligning proposals with strategic business objectives. The Proposal Manager will indirectly lead a team of technical and commercial experts, both domestically and internationally, to define the scope, schedule, and budget of competitive, high-quality proposals.
