The Homebuilding track exposes recent graduates to core business operations across several functional areas, including Construction, Land Development, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Care. Rotations allow participants to assist with job scheduling, safety inspections, financial planning, material sourcing, homeowner interactions, and process automation, providing deep exposure to the end‑to‑end homebuilding lifecycle.
Applicants must be senior or recent graduates (May 2025‑May 2026) with a bachelor’s degree in construction‑related fields, real estate, business, or a similar discipline. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, possess a valid driver’s license and insurance, and demonstrate knowledge of construction management processes, relevant regulations, and software tools.
The role is primarily sedentary office work but also requires occasional physical tasks such as bending, stooping, lifting items under 50 lb, and standing for filing. Employees must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, calculator, and phone for extended periods.
The Future Builders Program is a one‑year developmental experience designed for highly motivated early‑career professionals. Participants receive structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and professional development while working alongside seasoned colleagues in a collaborative and inclusive environment. High‑performing participants may be considered for full‑time roles after the program ends, with a start date expected in June 2026.
Compensation for the program ranges from $63,000 to $68,500 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending and health savings accounts, up to three weeks of vacation, a paid “Everyone’s Included” day, 401(k) matching up to 5 %, paid parental leave, education assistance, associate discounts, and a home‑purchase program.
