The Contracts Administrator reviews and processes subcontracts and other contract documents, communicates with internal teams and customers throughout negotiations and execution, and promptly provides certificates of insurance and related paperwork. The role also supports the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Director of Legal, maintains contract tracking databases, and ensures accurate entry of contract and proposal information into corporate systems.
Candidates should have relevant experience in a similar role, strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities, and be proficient with technology for document management and reporting. Attention to detail, excellent proofreading skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently while working well within a team are essential.
