We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical Contract Manager to join our team in Duba, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role you will oversee all aspects of contract management, ensure compliance, and optimize our contractual relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
10–15+ years of contract management experience, preferably internationally
Proven track record managing complex contracts and negotiations
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian contract law and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills
Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities in English; Arabic a plus
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management capabilities
Experience in infrastructure or construction projects is highly desirable
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
